People in the world today are not always direct with each other. When a person says one thing, they might convey a different message. People don't want to sound full of themselves, so they may say something that gets the secret message across without actually saying it.

I agree with this statement for the most part. Sterotypically, most people think that about vegans, myslef included but, I would like to think that some vegans are proud to be a vegan just because they are standing up for something they belive in.
Yeah I agree with the intending something on purpose without coming out and saying it. People that do good things normally don't come out and tell people about it but instead they might just lead you up to it. Like o yeah im going to africa, what are you going to africa for?, o just building houses for the poor just something i do every year
